Accutane used to treat acne

Most of these lawsuits are depending on the argument that Roche Laboratories and/or the prescribing doctors did not sufficiently warn patients of the side effects of Accutane. Roche has lost all six Accutane lawsuits that have gone to trial so far. A lot more than $ 56 million has been lost because of the verdicts. Accutane has been on the market ever given that the early 1980s, and there have been a lot more than 16 million people have taken the drug.
Accutane still on the market
